Bascom Consulting,
Inc. is a Florida Corporation established in July 1998. The company
provides Bank Secrecy Act - Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing
(BSA/AML) compliance support services to US and foreign banks, NASD member
firms and money services businesses (MSBs) operating in the US, Central America
and the Caribbean. We are not a BSA/AML software product company. However, we
use the output from software packages in our compliance assignments.
Our BSA/AML compliance support
services include, but are not limited to (1) the implementation of
enterprise-wide BSA/AML compliance programs, and (2) conducting BSA/AML risk
assessment, independent testing for compliance, training, and detailed
transactions review to detect unusual or suspicious activity.
In addition, we provide: (1)
consumer compliance support to US commercial banks; (2) compliance and
operational support to MSBs, broker/dealers, and Financial Intelligence Units;
(3) technical support to certain CARICOM companies interested in purchasing US
manufactured goods as well as US sourced services; and (4) business and
technical feasibility studies, full turnkey solutions for ATM, credit/debit
cards and other electronic banking application systems.
