Wilbert O. Bascom
During his professional career
in the financial services industry, Dr. Bascom served in several
capacitiesas Chief, Bureau of International Banking, Florida, an
economist in a central bank, chief executive officer of a commercial bank, a
BSA and chief compliance officer in NASD member firms, and as a lecturer in
universities/colleges in Miami, Tallahassee and London. He is a published
author on bank management and supervision, migrant remittances, and other
financial and economic issues. In 1987 he was awarded life membership in the
Florida International Bankers Association.

Moore
Stanley Moore is a Judge
of the Court of Appeal of the Republic of Botswana, and a Retired Judge of the
Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, and of the Supreme Court of The Bahamas. He
served as the Senior Resident Judge of the British Virgin Islands Supreme Court
and is a former Attorney General of the British Overseas Territory of

Augustine. Mr. Ramlakhan has extensive hands-on experiences in the management

management. His professional competence includes the prudential supervision of
financial institutions, the management of international debt and equity

Trevor Ffrench is a
banking and compliance professional with over 35 years of domestic and

review and monitoring, the risk assessment of customers, products, services and

Bailey
Clive Bailey was employed
in international and domestic banks for 30 years, attaining management
positions including credit card manager of one of the largest banks in Trinidad
& Tobago. His expertise is in the areas of preparing business and technical
feasibility studies and implementing turnkey solutions for ATM, credit and
debit card and banking application systems. In fact, Mr. Bailey has hands-on
experience in implementing turnkey solutions for the major credit/debit card
products. He has also implemented acquiring systems for Internet and point of
sale acquiring banks. Moreover, he served as project manager of a credit union
application system and assisted commercial banks in systems and operational
compliance for major credit/debit card networks. Mr. Bailey also assisted a

Jorge Brathwaite is a
bi-lingual professional who has over 35 years of senior management experience

risks. His expertise includes implementing BSA/AML processes and training
programs, regulatory compliance strategies, central banking oversight
